Shipping Policy
At Hemokare LLC, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Where We Ship
All orders are shipped from our facility in Atlanta, Georgia via USPS. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states using the standard methods available through USPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the continental U.S., APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Processing time is separate from transit time. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed Friday through Sunday, or on a U.S. holiday, begin processing the following business day. During promotions, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
For security and fraud prevention, some orders are placed on hold for manual review before shipment. We cannot guarantee same-day or expedited shipping for any order placed on hold for review.
Transit Time and Delivery
Once your order ships, standard USPS transit typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
When our team creates a shipping label, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification confirming your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to begin updating. Once a label is created, USPS is notified and a carrier is dispatched to collect the package. In most cases pickup happens the same day, but depending on carrier workload it can take 24-48 hours. While your order shows “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created,” it means the label has been generated and the package is awaiting carrier pickup or its first scan. Once picked up, your tracking will update with an estimated delivery date.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [support@hemokare.com](mailto:support@hemokare.com) so we can investigate.
Proof of Delivery
The tracking information provided by USPS serves as the official record of your shipment and delivery. Once tracking shows your order as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, Hemokare has fulfilled its shipping obligation for that order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported as not received due to an incorrect address, an unsecured delivery location, or theft after delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you first:
1. Check with everyone at your address and any building management or mailroom.
1. Look around your property and common drop-off points.
1. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
1. Allow 1-2 additional business days, as carriers occasionally mark items delivered before the final drop-off.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at [support@hemokare.com](mailto:support@hemokare.com) within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. For packages lost in transit (no delivery scan), or that arrive damaged, please contact us with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage so we can make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the address on your order confirmation is incorrect, email us as soon as possible at [support@hemokare.com](mailto:support@hemokare.com). For fraud prevention, we cannot change an entire shipping address after an order is placed, but we can correct minor errors such as a zip code, apartment number, or house number before the order ships. We are unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout.
