Everything shifted for me in 2020, after my youngest. I'd been a mom for a while — but that season was when I finally decided to get serious about my own health, not just everyone else's.

I started paying real attention to what I was putting in and on my body — and what I found was frustrating. Crash detoxes that left me feeling worse, or bottles full of fillers and empty promises. Nothing was made for a real woman already doing the work, who just wanted to feel like herself again.
