These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hemokare.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from Hemokare LLC ("Hemokare," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund.

5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Some products are offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Hemokare to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the plan you select) at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, until you cancel.

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at support@hemokare.com or (888) 462-2880.
• Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Once an order in a subscription has been processed, it is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
• We will send a reminder and/or order confirmation before or at the time of each renewal as required.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand the recurring nature of the charges and have read this section.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timeframes, delivery terms, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them before purchasing.

7. SMS Marketing and Communications

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service.
