Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to our products! Please review our policy regarding renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Subscription Renewals

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring billing according to the interval you selected (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).
Your payment method will be automatically charged at each renewal date unless you cancel your subscription in advance.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your customer account portal (link provided in your order confirmation email), or

  • By contacting our support team at support@hemokare.com at least 3 business days before your next renewal date.

Cancellations requested after an order has been processed or shipped cannot be refunded, as the product has already entered fulfillment.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our consumable wellness products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
If there is a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Failed or Missed Payments

If a payment fails, our system will retry automatically. Continued payment failures may result in the subscription being paused or canceled.

Policy Agreement

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Subscription & Cancellation Policy, and understand that renewals are automatic unless canceled in advance.
