Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are ingestible health and wellness supplements, the guidelines below are designed to keep every customer safe while still making things right when something goes wrong. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return on eligible items. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:

  • Unopened, unused, and with the manufacturer's safety seal intact
  • In their original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened or used products cannot be returned or resold, as they are consumable health products. This is standard practice for supplements and is in place to protect the safety of all our customers.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us first at support@hemokare.com or (888) 462-2880 with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship any product back before contacting us. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns should be sent to:

Unless the return is due to our error (a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hemokare.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you have used a product as directed and are not satisfied with your results, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you on a one-time refund or store credit for your first opened item. This guarantee is limited to one unit per customer and applies to your first order only.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Free or promotional items received with a purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hemokare.com.
