Due to the nature of our consumable wellness products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed. However, if we make a mistake (wrong product, missing item), we’ll correct it immediately at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@hemokare.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to help with a replacement.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to address issues or delivery failure, you’ll receive an email notification. You may choose to:

Reship your order (with updated shipping cost), or

Receive a refund minus the original shipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend submitting a claim with USPS here: Start USPS Claim
