You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription anytime on your own. There's no contract and no need to call. Here's exactly how.

Log in with the email you used at checkout. We'll send you a 4-digit code, no password needed.

How to cancel

  1. Tap Manage my subscription above and enter your email.
  2. Type in the 4-digit code we send you.
  3. Open the subscription you want to stop.
  4. Scroll down and tap Cancel subscription.
  5. You may see an option to pause instead. If you still want to cancel, keep going and confirm.
  6. We will email you to confirm it.

Please cancel before your next charge date. If an order has already been processed or shipped, that order is covered by our Return and Refund Policy and 60-day guarantee.

Have gummies left? Skip one delivery and your schedule moves back.
Pause for 1, 2 or 3 months
Take a break without losing your subscriber price.
Change your ship date
Move your next order earlier or later.
Swap products or change how often
