Where the two genuinely diverge

What a proprietary blend does and does not tell you
Their CurvaBoost blend names its components — organic maca, shatavari, velvet bean, aguaje and dong quai — and gives a total for the blend. What it does not give is how that total divides between the five. This is standard practice across the supplement industry and is entirely legal.
